SMALL BUSINESS TIP: Always keep your business finances separate from your personal finances. Don't give the tax auditor a reason to audit both. Learn to pay yourself first and run your business on the remaining cash. By this I mean setup an automatic payment to your personal account twice a month (1st & 15th or 10th & 25th) like a regular pay cheque.

Mother's Day is coming....why not send a gift to an elder woman that doesn't have a family...maybe a neighbour...someone from your church or group you attend?? Reminder – File and pay on or before April 30, 2015 to avoid any interest to your 2014 income tax and benefit return. If you your spouse or common-law partner is self-employed, the deadline to file your 2014 income tax and benefit return is midnight on June 15, 2015. However, you still have to pay any balance owing on or before April 30, 2015.
