Over the last few months I have been asked repeatedly about bread.  It seems to be the one thing that people on a Gluten-free Diet miss the most.

Well, I am pleased to report that I have now developed 3 types of bread.  White, Brown & Raisin.  These are made with Sorghum and Rice flours.  They are not 'Wonder Bread' by any means.  They are dense and flavourful.

They are priced at: White & Brown $7.00 and Raisin $8.00 and are pickup only.
