Getting ready to leave your child home alone is a big milestone for families. The aim of the Home Alone course prepared by the Canadian Red Cross and taught at First For Safety by qualified instructors, is to prepare your child to handle emergencies calmly when home alone. They also learn about personal safety, injury prevention, dealing with strangers, cooking safety, preparing a home alone checklist and more.
