Unplug the kids and connect them to nature this Family Day.
Have fun outdoors exploring, learning and playing. There will be fun and interactive activities all day. Explore the trails by ski or snowshoe and stop to hand feed chickadees. Warm up by an open fire while roasting bannock and sipping cedar or wintergreen tea. Experience the best of winter fun by taking on the Wye Marsh Winter Olympic Challenge. See some our native reptiles and amphibians up close and learn what makes them unique.
All visitors will be entered to WIN a Family Membership, valued at $155.
- Cross country skiing (rentals available)
- Snowshoeing (rentals available)
- Chickadee feeding, all day
- Bannock roasting & Tea, 10am to 4pm
- Winter games & activities, 10am to 4pm
- Live animal show, 1pm
