ShopCity.com is seeking applicants for an Account Manager position, based in Midland Ontario.

Account Managers work hand-in-hand with small business clients to ensure the successful promotion of their business online, using the ShopCity.com platform.  

As an Account Manager, you are an outgoing creative thinker with the ability to analyze statistics, formulate ideas and then execute those ideas quickly.  

Day-to-day you will be in constant contact with your clients; learning about their businesses, identifying ways to help them succeed and building a strong long-term relationship where your skills are essential to maintaining and improving their online presence.

Working with our team of designers, developers and content creators, you will be the key driving force behind executing your customers' content. 

Applicants should possess the following skills, experience and traits:

• Outgoing, friendly and positive personality
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Extremely comfortable on the phone
• Self-motivated and able to set priorities and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of web technologies (Social Media, SEO, HTML) is an asset
• College Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or similar is asset
