Marisa De Zotti Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in HR Consulting

MIDLAND, ONTARIO, CANADA June 8, 2012 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Marisa De Zotti, a Human Resources Consultant and Owner of Consultant 2go, has been recognized as a VIP Member of Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in HR Consulting.

Prior to starting Consultant 2go, Ms. De Zotti gained 19 years of experience in the field. She excels in providing on-site and virtual HR consultation services including workshops. Her responsibilities involve building positive rapport between managers and employees in various business settings. "Linking the Gap in Human Capital".

Ms. De Zotti served three years in the Canadian Armed Forces as a RMS Clerk (Resource Management Support Clerk) and is now classified as a Veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces. During this time, she learned the fundamentals of the HR profession. She started taking university courses in Psychology at night and later focused on the Human Resources Management program which coincided with her profession during the day. She attributes her success to her passion and ability to intentively listen.

De Zotti holds a four year university Certificate in Human Resources Management (CHRM); completion of 3 of 4 year Psychology Degree; a Teaching and Training Adults Certificate (T.A.T.A); an Accessible Customer Service Standards Compliance Certificate; and a French Functional Certificate. She is a Certified WSIB Member, Level 1 and Level 2. She is also certified in Standard First Aid, CPR and AED. She has been affiliated with the Southern Georgian Bay Chamber of Commerce, Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.), the Midland and District Women's Business Association, Big Sisters Alumni of Peel Region (where she was the first Big Sister in Peel to have more than one Little Sister at the same time), and the Royal Canadian Legion. In the near future, she plans to do more workshops and seminars in order to educate the business community.
