Bayfield House Retirement Lodge is nestled in beautiful Penetanguishene across from Georgian Bay. The lodge was named after Lieutenant Henry Bayfield, meticulous hydrographer for the Royal Navy. The decor of Bayfield House Retirement Lodge will feature historical highlights from Penetanguishene's naval history. Focusing on customer service this lifestyle choice will allow residents to maintain their independence while at the same time offer service amenities to allow for the true enjoyment of retirement years.

- Designed for comfort and security with 24 hour supervision from professionally trained staff and 24 hour call-bell monitoring
- Three nutritious and appetizing meals served daily in our gracious dining room. Between- meal refreshments are available on a self-serve basis throughout the day. Our food service staff are always open to requests and suggestions. Therapeutic diets are available upon authorization of Dietary Services
- Private dining room available by reservation is perfect for celebration of special occasions
- Tray services are available when required due to illness
- Rates include hydro, water, heat and air conditioning with individual climate control
- Residents enjoy a variety of planned activities, exercise programs, games, entertainment and social events tailored to meet each individual resident. There is always someone to chat with, take a pleasant stroll or enjoy a friendly game of cards. Visiting friends and relatives are always welcome

- Large main floor lounge with fire place
- Main floor bar area
- Laundry facilities available
- Fully equipped exercise room; work out at your own pace or enjoy instructor led classes
- Physiotherapy is available through an external service provider
- In-house hairdressing/barber services are available on a fee-for-service basis

- Housekeeping services are available to allow for weekly cleaning of your suite and linen changes
- Short term, respite, convalescent and vacation stays are available
- Lounges and kitchenettes are available to relax and visit with friends
- Two spa-rooms equipped with therapeutic whirlpool tubs
- Patios are available to enjoy the outdoors
- The Lodge is equipped with a generator to ensure continuation of services during a prolonged power failure

Bayfield House Retirement Lodge is a member of the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA). Through ORCA we undergoe an accreditation process to ensure high standards are maintained.
