MIDLAND TREE LIGHTING ACTIVITIES & MAP (NOV 15)

We're very excited to announce all the activities taking place during the #MidlandTreeLighting on Friday, November 15th from 5pm to 7:15pm. Attached is a map with all the details and location. The event will take place on King Street between Elizabeth Street & Hugel Avenue (the block will be closed).

- Midland Public Library > Hosting crafts & live music
- Connexus Church > Hosting music & FREE giant snow globe photo booth (partnered with Downtown Midland)
- Ontario SPCA Midland and District Animal Centre > Booth
- Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre > Birds of Prey
- Sainte-Marie among the Hurons > First Light Display
- Cafe Roxy > Hot chocolate & crafts (run by REMAX Cindy McQuirter-Fairley)

The tree lighting announcement will begin at 7pm at the Neezhoday Park tree with Midland Pipes Drums, Town Crier, followed by a countdown to the lighting of the tree.

The Grand Holiday Event is also happening during the event and continuing into the Saturday. Tickets start at just $15 (no tax) and details can be found here: www.downtownmidland.ca/grandholidayevent
