Dear Downtown Merchants,
Ontario’s Best Butter Tart Festival is excited for the Big Dig in 2020 and returning to King Street in 2021.
For June 13, 2020 the festival will be located on Midland Avenue (see the attached map). We will strive to do our best to notify visitors that downtown businesses continue to be open and accessible via the sidewalks on King Street and the laneways.
The festival is offering King Street merchants the option of having one free 10’x10’ booth space within the new festival boundaries for their own use (you may not give this space to another downtown merchant or not-for-profit organization). Any additional booth spaces will be charged the regular vendor price.
Downtown merchants interested in having a complimentary booth space will need to complete and submit the vendor application form by the January 17, 2020 deadline. There will be no exceptions made for applications received after that date. The vendor application form can be found at https://buttertartfestival.ca/VendorApplication
