The Town of Midland’s Downtown Community Improvement Plan now has application forms ready for the following programs in line with the Downtown Midland BIA’s Facade Improvement Program to fix up buildings in the Downtown Midland area:

- Facade Improvement Grant Program
- Building Renovation Grant Program
- Application Fees Grant Program
