STOP GAP - FREE RAMPS FOR DOWNTOWN MIDLAND BUSINESSES
Hello everyone,
We have been approached by Chris Vaillancourt who is a construction technology teacher at St. Theresa's High School in Midland about a new community based project called StopGap. StopGap is creating a world where every person can access every
space through fun and engaging community projects that raise awareness
and remove barriers.
St.
Theresa's High School has graciously volunteered to build these ramps
and Timber Mart has also graciously agreed to donate the wood for this
project
as well. What is required is for the local business who are interested
in this, to fill out a Project Survey Form so that St. T's and Timber
Mart can assist in building the ramp. For any interested business owners with steps going into their store this is a perfect opportunity to allow access to all individuals.
