WELCOME BACK!

Central Marine would like to extend a warm welcome back to all boaters this spring! We are really looking forward to another great boating season together.

As you may have noticed, spring came early this year and we want to thank you kindly for your patience as renovations to our docks are completed and the shuffling of boats comes to an end. We intend to continue our plans to landscape and improve the marina facilities and make Central Marine a place that everyone will enjoy.

For those boaters bringing their four-legged friends aboard, please remember to ensure your dogs are always leashed while on land and be mindful of the poop and scoop policy permanently in effect.

The latest improvement to our facilities involves the automatic parking gate, which has been upgraded to a wireless remote system, replacing the access cards that you currently have. No more inconvenience rolling down windows or reaching across to the panel; the new system is just like your home automatic garage door system, which opens at the push of a button.

As such, all are encouraged to replace their old access cards with the new remote as of today. These old cards will no longer work and we are happy to refund the deposit paid on the card. The new deposit for the wireless remote will be $75.00 and of course will also be refundable when returned to us in the fall.

Poker Run!!!! Calling all boaters…. We are excited to announce that our annual dingy poker run will be on Saturday July 7th, 2012. Start time is 11 a.m. and a barbeque lunch will be served. All proceeds will be going to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. Please stop by the chandlery to register for this exciting event.
