E3 is finally here and things are starting off with Microsoft as they begin the full day of press conferences by opening the show floor with a humble Phil Spencer as he thanks the developers, the Xbox teams and last but not least, us...the fans. Phil Spencer and his team at Xbox said there will be games and only games for this year’s E3, which was very evident as there were 22 games shown off and are array of indie titles at the Xbox conference.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare begins with the onslaught of games that will follow throughout the press conference. Though exciting, Call of Duty Advanced Warface was a logical and expected choice for Xbox to begin the event with. After all, it is one of the biggest games that bring fans to the Xbox console.

Xbox started the event with sharing what gamers would be playing for the rest of 2014. COD Advanced Warfare, Forza Motor Sport 5 gets a new track for free. September 30th will bring Forza Horizan2 in full 1080p. Turtle Rock will have an exclusive beta of Evolve on the Xbox One and first to have DLC, something the Call of Duty fans are use to.

Assassin's Creed Unity's 4 player co-op was revealed as well as Dragon Age Inquisition gameplay. The hyper colored world of Sunset Overdrive was played by none other than, Ted Price as he gave a glimpse of the free railing gameplay we will all play on Oct 28th. Dead Rising 3 - Arcade Remix can be picked up right now. Harmonix came to the stage and briefly mentioned Fantasia as it launches this Oct 21st as well as Dance Central Spotlight coming this September. A new twist to the series, this 4 player co-op will have your hero's using their own special abilities in combo with each other to defeat the enemies in Fable Legends, or, try your hand at being the villain as you plan and strategize your every move to prevent these hero's from moving onward.

Games, games, and more games was the clear message from Microsoft as Xbox was only getting started...Halo Master Chief edition was announced! On November 11, Halo fans will have a collection of a life-time with the Halo Master Chief edition, Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3 and Halo 4 will all be included within this bundle as Bonnie Ross revealed to gamers. Dan Ayoub came on stage as well to show off some of the Halo 2 original multiplayer, something that gamers everywhere have been asking for. 100 multiplayer maps, 1080p at 60 fps, the Halo games are looking better than ever to get you ready for Halo 5 Guardians.

That was a taste of what we would be playing this year on our Xbox console, but what does the future hold for us?

After 4 years, Playdead will launch "Inside" first on Xbox One, rather a mysterious title. Inside revealed a young man maybe even a boy running similarly in the style of their very well recognized game Limbo. Running for his life, this platformer looked familiar and intriguing, can't wait to see more from Playdead on their new title. ID@Box gave us a fast look into the jam packed list of upcoming titles such as, Capy Bara's Below, Knight Squad, White Night, Lifeless Planet, Might 9 and much more as Xbox looks to bring indie titles in a much bigger way then we've seen recently in the past. Rise of the Tomb Raider made its World Premier with stunning graphics and great looking gameplay. The Witcher 3 revealed new gameplay from 10 hours into the game. Phantom Dust, The Division, Scale Bound and lastly, a long awaited announcement, Crackdown 3 was revealed ending off an incredible list of games coming next year and beyond.

Xbox had many thank you's and games at this years E3, something that wasn't present at last years E3. Though there were games last year, something felt different about the Xbox press conference. Confidence, excitement, admeration for the industry and its fans, a new face for Xbox in the way of Phil Spencer - Xbox came to play and win back and earn the trust of gamers everywhere. With great games coming this year with exclusive content and first for DLC, Xbox fans have a reason to be excited. Let us know how you feel Microsoft did with their Xbox E3 press conference in the comments below.
