Styx: Master of Shadows follows a great line of RPG / Infiltration games.

From the opening of the trailer, we see the main character Styx moving and advancing in the shadows that follows a line of games that we see the main characters using stealth and the shadows to advance through numerous missions and objectives and ,occasionally ,take out an enemy or two. It follows along the great games like Splinter Cell and Rainbow Six where the characters use stealth, surprise and shadows to achieve their goals, where Styx is different from other characters is that he also moves about at a very low level, well below the eye level of the those who are supposed to be looking out for a thief, no one thinks to look under the table now do they?

Styx is a Goblin two centuries old... the very first of all the Goblins and he's a master in the arts of stealth, theft, and murder yet he looks for and uses the simplest of tools to gather information and recover precious artifacts and uses no special tricks or magic to eliminate his enemies. Stealth and determination is the calling card of this assassin and he will wait for the right place and time to eliminate his opponents , a tactic we have seen in many infiltration games. The graphics are fluid and high, there are many shots in the trailer that puts us right into the Tower of Akenash with great detail and puts us right beside Styx as he moves with stealth and determination- he knows the job and will stop at nothing, or no one to achieve his goals.

If the trailer is the indicator then the full version is going to become part of the great RPG / Infiltration games we have come to expect.
