Note:
Cradle handling fee of $250 is applicable for all sailboats.
All leaseholders will be charged a $50 environmental charge as a line item on their 2020 Dockage invoice.
Slips are non-transferable and dockage balance must be paid in full prior to Launch.
 
*Annual Dockage includes; spring launch, dockage May 1 to October 31, hydro, water, pump-outs, fall haul out, bottom wash, winter storage and internet. The annual dockage year is May 1 to April 30.
 
*Summer Only slips are defined as; the customer will launch, haul and store the boat off-site. Trailer parking during the season is $500.00. Water, hydro, pump-outs and internet are included in the “summer only” rate. Payment Schedule
Payment Plan “A” Pay your 2020 dockage in full by October 15^th/2019 using cash, cheque, Etransfer or debit payment and receive 5% from the dockage rate.                               
 
Payment Plan “B” Pay your 2020 dockage invoice with 3 post-dated payments with cheque or credit card dated for December/January/February.
 
Payment Plan “C” Pay your $500 deposit when slip is booked or by November 1/2019 and the balance of your 2020 dockage invoice is due by March 1, 2020
