This individual serves at the Box Office/Reception; the
MCC’s front-line information desk. As the first point of contact for most
customers and patrons, box office/reception volunteers add to the welcoming
atmosphere of the MCC with a friendly and professional attitude. Volunteers in this
position offer excellent customer service, whether providing general
information on the events/operations related to the MCC or when selling tickets to events.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service,
friendly and efficient ;
Outstanding communication
skills including writing, proof reading and speaking;
Good computer proficiency,
willing to learn or have experience using Microsoft Office programs, (word, excel, access outlook e-mail);
Comfortable /dependable with
cash handling and daily reconciliations.
