Cafe Roxy’s proud new owner is Executive Chef Glen Grittani. He received his training in Toronto and Dosseldorf, and brings thirty years of experience in fine dining, cafe cuisine and catering. He and his partner Elaine Martin have earned many culinary prizes including second place in the Ontario-wide Butter Tart Festival. He is renowned for his attention to excellence.
