He has appeared before all levels of Court and administrative tribunals, including numerous appearances before the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada. His clientele includes equestrian Olympic gold medalist and world champion Eric Lamaze, equestrian Olympic Gold Medalist and Gran Prix Champion Steve Guerdat, hockey superstar Bobby Hull, former Colorado Avalanche hockey player Steve Moore, and track and field superstar, Olympic gold medalist, and world champion Carl Lewis. Tim has been greatly influenced in his approach to life and to problem solving by his father, The Honourable Barney Danson, a former Cabinet Minister in the Government of Pierre Trudeau. Tim is married with two children and loves sports.
