PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE:
Hi girls!
I am very excited for our June FUN night coming up next week! This marks the end of my 3 year Presidency with the MDBWA. I will now be your Past President, giving guidance and help where needed to the new Executive Directors this coming year. The Association has yet another great team of Executives, with Sandy Rawn being our new fearless leader!
Over the past 3 years, I have met and worked with such amazing women! I am grateful for the friendships I have made, and am looking forward to another terrific year with the MDBWA.
Please complete the survey that we will be sending out shortly thru SurveyMonkey. This is a survey for you to tell us what you liked about this year, what you would like to see as far as speakers go, and so on. It is all confidential, and we have no way of knowing who has completed the survey... So it's up to you to tell the new Executives what you would like to see changed or added for the upcoming year. They will be busy over the summer planning for 2011-2012.
I hope to see everyone next Wednesday, either on the golf course or for sure at dinner!! There are tons of GREAT GIFTS and CASH PRIZES being given away, and lots of networking opportunities!

MDBWA DINNER MEETING & YEAR END CELEBRATION!!!
When: Wed. June 15, 2011
Where: Orr Lake Golf Club (5637 Highway 93, RR3, Elmvale, ON L0L 1P0)
Golf Registration: Starts at 3:30pm Tee Off Time: 4pm sharp! (Details below)
Non-Golfer Registration: Starts at 5pm Bingo & Contests: Starts at 5:30pm
MDBWA Dinner: Served at 7pm Networking, Games & Karaoke: til end of night!
Join us on Wednesday, June 15th for our 2nd Annual Golf Day!
OPTION A: Enjoy 9 holes of golf at Orr Lake Golf Club, with dinner and networking fun!
- Play & Dine for ONLY $40.00 - includes round of golf, cart, games, and dinner!
- Golf registration @ 3:30pm; Tee Off @ 4pm SHARP... Don't be late!
- BONUS: Your day will also include a game of Poker Golf (no experience required for golf or poker!)... Tons of CASH PRIZES to be won!!
- Request your golf team foursome when you register for the dinner event at the MDBWA website, or we can put together a team for you!
You may also email Carol Paznar at carol@trippspaint.com prior to June 13th with the names of your team members if you wish to play on a particular team.

Just $25.00 - includes appetizers, games, contests & dinner!

We need your help! Looking for 10 volunteers to assist with the following activities:
- Registration table (x 2)
- Best poker hand contest (x 2) - CASH PRIZES TO GIVEAWAY!
- Par 3 Giveaway (x 3) - CASH PRIZES TO GIVEAWAY!
- Putting Contest (x 2) - CASH PRIZE!
- Bingo Game - $200 IN CASH PRIZES!
If you or someone you know is willing and able to volunteer for our end of year fun, please contact Carol Paznar at the email above. NOTE: This is a great opportunity for highschool students to accumulate some fun community service / volunteer hours for credit! ;)
DON'T FORGET:

- Non-golfers (dinner attendees only) can register at 5pm, games begin at 5:30pm

HOW TO REGISTER FOR OUR MONTHLY MEETINGS & EVENTS...
REGISTER ONLINE FOR THIS EVENT
You are cordially invited...To RSVP for this month's dinner meeting, please visit www.mdbwa.com and register by logging into your MDBWA website profile and clicking the "Events" section. You may pay online for monthly dinner events via credit card or PayPal. Once registered online, please make sure you print your receipt and bring to the meeting. The Treasurer will sign your print-off at the event as "PAID" and will return to you as your official receipt.
When registering online, you also have the option of paying "manually" for the monthly dinner event. Should you prefer to pay via cash or cheque, please bring exact payment the night of the event. Once payment is posted by our Treasurer, you will receive a "PAID" receipt via email.
Thank you for all your cooperation. We look forward to seeing you at this month's event!

At every monthly dinner meeting there is a Toonie Draw to win advertising positions in the monthly MDBWA newsletter. We also have a 50/50 Draw where you can win cash! NOTE: You must be at the meeting during the draw in order to win. Only MDBWA members may participate in the draw for featured placement in our monthly newsletter.

Advertising for a Toonie Tickets:
For just a toonie ($2), you can drop your business card in the ballot box at the event for a chance to win one of two advertising spots. You can enter as many times as you like! At the end of the night, the draw will take place.
50/50 Draw Tickets:
The 50/50 tickets are 1 ticket for $2, or 3 tickets for $5. You have a chance to win some cash and help out a great cause!
