Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is a hands-on technique involving manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for both acute and chronic injuries. Fascia is a strong connective tissue that protects and supports most structures in the body. When inflammation occurs due to injuries, poor posture, overuse etc, muscles and the fascia can become adhesed (stuck together) and can result in pain, decreased blood flow and restricted movement.
