- 10oz Angus Reserve New York Strip

- 8oz Lemon Dill Norwegian Salmon

- Stuffed Chicken Supreme, wrapped with Proscuitto

- Seafood or Chicken Linguine with white wine cream sauce

- also included is a champagne toast at midnight
