Hello!
It's hard to believe we are approaching the halfway point in May! This past weekend, we launched our "Passion for Potential Fashion Show" video on social media. This project was enthusiastically done in collaboration with Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Simcoe and Midland Film Company Inc.! Here is the video and I hope it brings a smile to your face:
This video was done to bring awareness to BBBSNS and the programs they offer. The money raised from this also goes to support the training of Mentors for Mentees on the BBBSNS waitlist. Here is the link to donate:

And lastly, a word and update about personal use, non-medical masks. A few weeks ago, I posted on social media and accepted pre-orders on masks, from a supplier in Montreal. Since that time, I have not received my order, and I am unsure if I will receive it still. If you have pre-paid, I can offer you a refund or credit note, or you can wait, or you can switch out your selections for the masks I have below from an Ontario supplier:
These masks are sewn right here in Ontario, Canada, and are made of double-layer 100% cotton, are machine washable, come in two colours of solid black and solid white, and fits both men and women. It is recommended that you wash your mask after every use, and it is advisable you have a few on hand for the different days of the week.
An interesting note I found out recently, is that Canada has an elastic shortage, to the tune of over 260,000 metres! Hospitals and medical supply companies are first in line for it, to use in gowns, masks, head coverings and bedsheets. The Ontario company I am purchasing my masks from, own their factory, and have the capability to make their own elastic! Yay to having products made right here in our province!
We look forward to the day when we can safely open our doors again, and see you all in person. Thank you so much for your support in shopping online - we greatly appreciate it!
Sincerely,
Nancy, Sharon and Deborah
