Hello everyone,

I would like to start off this newsletter by thanking all the healthcare workers who are working tirelessly in helping us in this fight against the spread of COVID-19. No words can express the profound appreciation we have for what you are doing to keep us safe and healthy. Additional thanks go out to people in both the retail sector and service industry who are providing essentials to us and are going above and beyond to help us through this time.

Our store is temporarily closed, but I have been working behind the scenes with updates to our online catalogue and also implementing new policies and safety measures.
Here are the changes we've made:

IMPORTANT NOTICE
We want to do our part to keep our staff and customers safe and healthy.
Please read the following safety measures surrounding our (new) temporary sales and pick up policy carefully:

PURCHASES
1. Purchases must be made via our online store.
2. Purchases can be picked up Tuesday and Friday from 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
3. Please indicate which day & time you would like to pick up your purchase in the 'Message to Seller' section (in the online purchase process).
4. Upon arrival at the store, Nancy will bring your packaged purchase to the door (taking the precaution of wearing gloves and maintaining a safe distance).

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Return and exchanges will be allowed, with the following new procedures:
1. Please email apassionforfashioninc@gmail.com to notify staff if you would like to return or exchange a recently purchased item.
2. Returns/exchanges will be done Tuesday and Friday from 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., with an appointment only.
3. RETURNS - a credit memo will be issued for future purchases on regular priced merchandise. All sales final on reduced merchandise.
4. EXCHANGES - please let the staff know in advance which new item or size you would like to receive in exchange. They will place your packaged order at the door upon your arrival (wearing gloves and maintaining a safe distance).
5. All returned items must still have all tags attached to the garment to be accepted.
6. All sales final on reduced merchandise.

EXTRA PEACE OF MIND
Any returned merchandise will be quarantined for a 5 day period for the safety of our staff and our customers.
