Hello!

This is a very busy month with events, starting with our Joseph Ribkoff Trunk Show this Wednesday November 16th from 3:00pm - 7:00pm!  Come in and see samples from the fall HOTS and spring collections and order the styles and colours you love in the sizes you need. There will be NO TAX on ALL JR purchases at the event. Free gift with every JR purchase and free draw for a chance to win 1 of 2 - $100 Joseph Ribkoff gift certificates!  Light refreshments will be served.

Next up on Friday November 18th and Saturday November 19th is Downtown Midland's Girls' Holiday Event!  We are participating by offering spotlight specials for the 2 days. To follow what we will be promoting those days, we will make announcements on social media, including ShopMidland.com, Facebook and Twitter. Registration is only $13.30 here: www.downtownmidland.ca or in person at the Midland Cultural Centre. 

We wish to take this opportunity to thank all of you who came to our 25th Anniversary Celebration and / or contributed by way of a donation, volunteering or offering your products and services!  Thanks to the generous support of our community, we surpassed our goal for funds raised for Team Evan in their purchase and training of a diabetic alert dog!  We had a fabulous and memorable night of music, joy, a history of A Passion for Fashion Inc. and gaining insight into Evan's daily life and learning about type 1 diabetes. Our partner, Huronia Community Foundation is tallying up the remainder of our receipts and we will announce the fundraising total soon.

We applaud Nate Lacroix and Deanna Palazzo Dalzell of Midland Film Company Inc, for their wonderful mini documentary on Team Evan and their quest for a diabetic alert dog.  Please have a look at this video on a day in the life of Evan and how life changing it will be for them to get this dog.
