We had a terrible experience at Pizza Pizza yesterday in Midland. They didn't honour their promise that it "free" if not ready in 1/2 hr. and the order was wrong. We didn't place the order ever expecting anything for free but they did insist over the phone that the order would be free. It went over 12 mins. and believe me it wasn't free.
