Hello everyone,

On Friday, December 11th their will be a live remote Downtown Midland from 3pm to 6pm in the new parking lot on the corner of King & Bay Street. Corus Radio will be set up doing a live broadcast and the Midland Fire department will be bringing a truck as we're doing a fill-the-truck food/toy drive for charity. In addition, we're renting costumes and we'll have a Santa Claus along with some elves walking the streets handing out candy canes for everyone. We're hoping to draw shoppers downtown for some Christmas shopping this way. If any stores would be interested in offering sales to draw people Downtown Midland please let us know your store name and what you'll be having on sale. We'll be sure to advertise all sales and stores through social media to spread the word. We'll begin to market this event next week.
