Great job done by Gerry the electrician. Originally had another contractor going to do job but didn't want to do the job properly. Gerry came and did the job properly in alot less time than original contractor said it would take. Highly reccomend Triple Tech.

On January 15th, 2022, our furnace wasn’t working properly; the burners would run for 10/15 seconds then stop. The fan would clear the warm air then blow cold. This would repeat 3 times in a couple of minutes, then cut out for half-an-hour. The process would repeat through the day. It was cold outside!!!
I put a call into TT and the on-call tech called back. He advised the call out rate, and as we could manage for the weekend safely with a gas fire and electric heaters he agreed to get the office to call me on Monday. Which they did, bright and early. We booked a call and within a short time Cassie called and said she was on the way. Turns out it was a blocked condensation tube, but water was on the furnace floor. Cassie unblocked the tube, cleaned the relevant parts and gave the furnace a complete check over to ensure she had found the problem. She fixed it ??????????. The furnace is working fine now!
We want to thank Cassie for her professionalism and great customer service, and the team at TT who we interfaced with. You can be proud of the service you gave.

Absolutely no question as to a 5 star rating.Evan responded to my call the very next morning and began work on trying to isolate the electrical problem that had occurred here.Evan and later Jerry were totally professional and knowledgeable and were able to find the issue and restore power to my house.I can't thank them both enough for the work they did and also educating me with all my concerns.I have used Triple Tech in the past and will always make them my first call with any problems I might have in the future...Thanks so much.....Bruce & Monique Ladouceur

My central Air stop working Monday Aug 23rd & during a heat wave. I had made a service call to Triple Tec, was told They couldn't send anyone out till the following morning, when I arrived home, after work 4:15 my house was 25 degrees, my phone rang and was advised a Tec decided to take another call & he was on route to my house. Long story short it was a capacitor had my central Air conditioner up & running in less then 40 minutes. Total cost was $159.00, extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

We had an Air Conditioner installed in June 2021. From the get go the service was awesome, prompt response to our initial request, prompt quote submission and easy to read via their electronic quote forms. The technicians started right at 08:00 as promised, and introduced themselves immediately while applying all COVID related protocols. Mitch and V were awesome, so polite and courteous. The job site was left spotless, could not even tell they were there. I never post reviews, but It's rare these days to get this type of service so i felt that the crew at Triple Tech needed to know they did an awesome job.

I had to wait for 3 days with no hot water , and which would have been longer if I had to rely on Reliance home care for for a rented water heater.

I called Triple tech !
they came came within twenty minuets of me calling them to asses the situation , they had a new hot water tank installed the following morning at 8:00 am . Thank you I could not ask for a more prompt, professional and reliable company I highly recommend these guys

I would highly recommend this company very professional .I booked a seasonal inspection and routine maintenance thurs morning the technition showed up on time upon examination was deemed unsafe due to bad venting and signs of corrosion in unit furnace being 18 yrs old recommended new furnace . Got a quote over the phone right then 2 days later on a sat their days off crew came out and did the install.Thanks Triple Tech for getting our heat back on so fast Great company all around excellent experience

I was very pleased with the service you provided. Steve E. came out within an hour of my call and fixed our air conditioner. He was pleasant and courteous and got us all fixed up quickly. New home owner last year & a friend recommended Triiple Tech as I was looking to have the air conditioner service. Very friendly professional service, more than willing to explain what was beening done & answered all my questions. Had the same professional service today for the air conditioner's spring maintenance. Needed some plumbing work done so decided to book thru the same company, received the same friendly professional service. Explained everything ahead of time to ensure this was the course of action that was right for me, more than willing to answer my questions & went the extra step to fix my issues. Felt comfortable having the service gentleman in the house, friendly & professional in their work & will definitely look to Triple Tech in the future for further servicing.

Had an emergency (propane smell) called as they said 24 service for help. Lady on the phone made me feel like an idiot, very rude and short with me like I was bothering her. I guess safety is not a high priority on there list of emergencies.....brutal! Unfortunately had to go elsewhere. turned out I had a dangerous propane leak. I would not recommend this company.

Fast and efficient. Went out of their way to get my Air-conditioning fixed during one of the hottest days of the year. Diagnosed the problem in minutes and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Personable technician that explained to problem, how he was going to fix it, and how to maintain my system. I would 100% recommend this company.
