Reached out to have a small detail tied up and he was very respondent and came by to address the minor issue. would use them again in a heart beat and have recommended them to friends. We had Top Notch paint our kitchen and main hallway all the way down to the master bedroom. They also replace our deck railing. I could not be happier with the job. This is a completely professional company. The crew arrived on time, prepped the walls meticulously, painted without leaving a mess and cleaned up at the end of the day so we could use the kitchen and get into and out of our bedroom. The old railing was removed, some boards were replaced and the new railing installed within a day. All the debris was carted away. I will by booking them again without a question.

When the exterior of the Midland Legion was in serious need of repair, Top Notch painting and decorating took on the gargantuan task. Dave and his team – each one of them a skilled tradesperson in their own right – arrived in the height of the summer heat and painstakingly removed all of the fifty-year old crumbling paint from the building, while repairing and resurfacing the stucco underneath. Spending much more time, energy, and resources than they bargained for, Dave and the team worked hard to ensure that the job was done right the first time, and gave the Legion hall an exterior finish which is at the centre of our current revitalization initiatives. Legion members and veterans in this community are incredibly grateful to Dave and all the Top Notch team; their commitment to seeing the project through – on time – despite the huge challenges it presented is a credit to their professionalism and diligence. We hired Dave to paint the interior of our newly purchased house. The painters were on time and very polite and professional. Called Dave and asked for some help with a split pie to my outside non-freeze faucet. He responded immediately and gave me an acceptable date in which he could come.(2 days) He came exactly at the time he said he would. He solved my problem while he was here - no call backs, no fuss, just ran over to the Timber Mart and purchased the parts needed to fix the problem. 45 mins the problem was solved. Cleaned up his mess and shook my hand, thanked me for giving him the opportunity to serve me and charged me much less than I had expected. We have had the opportunity to use Dave and his team on three different occasions, 2004, 2006, 2018..all large jobs. Dave and his crew are dedicated and consciensious with everything they do..this last job Dave even suggested we change the color on our mantel which I did...and we love it...one of his men said after our comment...``we are also interior decorators don`t you know``. LOL. Their work is professional and we would recommend them to anyone.
The Top Notch Painters did a timely and well done job re-staining our cottage and deck this summer. Dave and his team did a very profession job and even did a few extras for us. I hired Top Notch to come down to Hamilton to salvage what was an eye sore of a fireplace in my sons basement, to what has now become one of the most beautiful features in his home!
