All Toronto Airport Pickups should clear customs, pickup baggage and go to centre of terminal at Terminal #1 door D1, at Terminal #3 Post 29. Look for the large overhead sign " Prearranged Limousine Service"  Outside those doors will be a glass booth, see the commissionaire give them our name Imperial Xpress and Yours and he will page us from Limo parking lot ( 3 Minutes Away). A gratuity of 15% is suggested for excellent service.
