After long registration and office hours, collection of emails and phone numbers, No Borders Fitness has officially gone paperless, wireless, and viral to keep you updated on the latest and greatest news with all fitness programs, everything associated with No Borders Fitness, and exciting things to come.

 

Open House and Summer Programming

With Open House and Registration for the summer full steam ahead, here are some of the new programs that are being offered:

• Balls Up! Bootcamp: a program using medicine balls, stability balls, and BOSU balls to challenge yourself with your balance, co ordination, agility, strength and effort. This class is great for anyone who is wanting to try something new to add variety, or someone who has not used this equipment and is willing to give it a try. Good trainers will tell you to lift something heavy every day and that is guaranteed in this class!
• Tabata: This is an interval training style of class which will follow a 40 second of work period followed by a 20 second rest period. All classes are designed to suit who YOU are, but this class will test how far you are willing to push yourself with the structure of time allocated for each movement. Get ready to sweat!
• Diva Girl Fitness: Ladies, time to get your sexy on. Chairs, walls floors, and choreography to bring out the DIVA in you. A 6 week course designed for ladies to help build your self esteem, move your body in ways you thought you could never move, all while learning simple choreography which will progress to a full hour of non stop jamming to your favourite club music.
• Drop in ZUMBA Fitness: Every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm at the NSSRC! $7 at the door or come grab a class card for the summer!!

Sessions are broken down through out the summer to offer flexibility with the nice weather. Sign up anytime and check the website for office hours if you missed registration week!

 

Stand Up Paddle Boarding With No Borders Fitness and SUP Life!

Want to try the latest craze on the water? Introducing Stand Up Paddle Boarding (aka SUP) with NuMe Fitness/Sup Life and No Borders Fitness. There will be beginner clinics offered, SUP's for rent (aka play time) and intermediate clinics. SUP weekend will take play Saturday July 14 and Sunday July 15. See No Borders Fitness to join your sessions which are running all morning and afternoon on each day!

 

Party In Pink Zumbathon Results from Monday April 30th

 

 

Thank you to all who came out on Monday April 30th at the North Simcoe Sports and Recreation Centre for the Party in Pink Zumbathon for The Weekend to End Women's Cancers. In total (numbers are still coming in) this event alone has raised $4800.00. Thank you to:
