At Bananabaskets.com we bake our own signature shortbread. We have a few different kinds to choose from.
1. Our famous shortbread scoops! What are shortbread scoops? Scoops are cookies that look like scoops of ice-cream. Many flavors to choose from, maple walnut, orange, cherry, green mint, lemon/poppyseed, mocha, chocolate chip. Call for instock flavours!
2. We bake some of our shortbread in cast iron pans with designs, in the summer we offer many different designs such as hanging cherries and humming birds. The cookies are square and fairly large.
3. Thistle printed shortbread in wedges, different flavors are all butter, lavender and marble.
