One year ago, we received a telephone call from Neil regarding our personal and business communication systems. At the time, we were with another service, however, as the call progressed, and with the professionalism conveyed, we agreed to meet a week later.

Neil and John Steel came by and we discussed our business goals and plans for the next few years (as at that time we had only been in business for a year).
