The food and desserts here are delicious! One of my favourite lunches is their fantastic chicken wrap - it's so filling I have to save my dessert for later. They also have great banana bread and gluten free desserts!
Excellent service, even better coffee! Always a wide variety of baked goods. Love that they have gluten free options as well. This is my go to place for a quick pick me up!

This will be my second week of grabbing my morning coffee at Grounded. I absolutely love the friendly service and the coffee tastes great! Thank you for providing almond milk as one of your cow's milk substitutes - my favourite!
I just went here for the first time and enjoyed a peppermint tea with a squash/corn sweet curry soup (wow). Service was amazing and the food/tea was incredible! I'll definitely be back!
Excellent service, friendly staff! This quaint, earthy cafe is the perfect spot to relax with a frothy London Fog tea latte and good book. I will be back to try out their lunch menu - everything looks delicious!
