Jane Kiersnowski born and raised in Midland ON is a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, Zumba Fitness© Instructor, Nutrition and wellness Coach, YMCA Canada Trainer, and has over 15 years of training experience. My goal is to assist you in developing a balanced lifestyle that will aid in physical emotional and intellectual growth regardless of your starting point. In the past years, the Zumba® program has become nothing short of a revolution, spreading like wildfire, and positioning itself as the single most influential movement in the industry of fitness.
