Feedback about a Midland business.I had my iPad repaired at DJCJ in Midland took him 6mnths to get it back to me and that was only after I harassed him. He quoted my 80 when I brought it in, tried to charge me 190 when I picked it up...When I got it back the corner of the screen was lifted and the battery took forever to charge fully and when it did died very quickly. I of course took it back to him and he "fixed" it (the corner, I assumed my cord was faulty for the battery). I took the iPad home corner lifted again shortly. Replaced the cord several times..with no improvement. I then began thinking there was something wrong with the battery. Then the home button fell off and I took it back again where I was told he didn't have time to fix it and I would have to leave it there, well, that wasn't happening again. So I kept it and placed a piece of tape over it to hold it there. The corner lifted eventually cracked and the screen needed to be replaced again que this weekend when I took it to get replaced. I stood and watched the guy open it up. He immediately said you've has this screen replaced. I said yes he said it was covered in glue on the inside but he wasn't worried about that he was worried about the small hole in the battery and all the screws missing from inside.I sent a message to Mr DJCJ today where he immediately became defensive and told me he wasn't sure what I wanted him to do. He told my husband in his best customer service skills voice he wasn't going to do anything (ie replace the battery) because it was a year ago but remember he had it 6 months... Avoid at all costs!!!!
