We grow approx. 65% of our own produce and process and can our own preserves. Our signature preserves include such favours as maraschino cherry marmalade, green pepper jelly with golden raisins, blueberry marmalade, red wine jelly, diabetic sweet pickles, old fashion chili sauce, orange marmalade, black currant elderberry jelly, rhubarb jelly, watermelon rind pickles, tropical jelly, apple jelly, wild grape and the list goes on......inquire please as some preserves are seasonal and sell quickly!
Our clients also rave about our own signature maple syrup!..we tap approx. 60 trees and do an outside boil over a wood fire, we feel our maple syrup has it's own unique local flavour.
