Recently pampered myself after work with a dreamy exotic facial at Bamboo Spa and was delighted by the surprise extras I received, such as the hand and foot massage with warm towel wraps. What a treat! :)
Bamboo Spa offers a relaxing atmosphere, pleasant staff, and organic skin care products. I also picked up a sampler pack of the Stone Crop line of facial care products to try out and my skin is thanking me for the switch. Thanks again!
Thank you Karlijn for a truly wonderful "exotic facial". I have never before had a facial which included a hand and foot treatment as well and it was heaven! The spa is beautiful, the staff excellent, and the treatment was divine!
I've been all over Toronto and a few places in Midland and this is by far the best place for waxing! I also had a gelicure and facials here and they were awesome, not to mention Karlijn is so nice and really easy to chat with. Great experience overall!~
A wonderful spa with great staff...I have been recommending Bamboo Spa to people all over town so I thought I should make a public post ;) It is my new favourite place and honestly the best pedicure I have ever had!!!
If only I could go everyday! The service and treatment here is above and beyond.

Went for a manicure, pedicure and message all in one visit (it was heaven). Staff are very friendly, accommodating and professional at the same time. Sarah does an excellent job on the manicure and pedicure while Amanda provided a relaxing and soothing message. Thanks!
My very first Spa experience. I must say it was perfect. Only took me 43 years! I am hooked! lol :) The staff was very curtious and friendly. Answered all my question with ease. Atmosphere was nice, quiet and relaxing. I had a pedicure and manicure and will definately be back to try a facial and massage. I might add the massaging Pedi Chair is a nice touch.
What a wonderful experience I had at bamboo! I loved every minute of my mani-pedi with Sarah, and my massage with Kathy was incredible (as per usual). I will be a returning customer to this spa that's for sure, it was such a relaxing and stimulating experience. Thank you and I recommend your services to everyone I know!

I had the most relaxing massage with Kathy today. It had been over a year since I treated myself to the last one. I have to say that I am not going to wait that long again.
The new spa is gorgeous and most relaxing. I look forward to another hour in 'heaven' soon.
I am a single mom with two gorgeous children and a breast cancer survivor and applied for “cottage dreams” through Wellsprings Chinguacousy (cancer support) Brampton. My cottage was at Tiny Beaches, Penetanguishene from August 8th to 13th. On Thursday, we decided to take a walking tour through Midland and went to the Chamber of Commerce (near the start of the tour) to ask for a Pedicure place and was referred to Kathy Warrilow-Kowalsky at Bamboo Spa. My daughter, Jena was in so much pain and couldn’t walk because her ingrowing toenail was bleeding and had pus. I had taken her to a pedicure place in Brampton 3-4 times assuming that this would solve the problem. Kathy welcomed us and asked Carolyn(sp) to check Jena. Kathy told Carolyn not to touch Jena’s toe as it was infected. Kathy let Jena sit at her spa, asked if she was o.k., gave Jena a magazine, whilst my son and I went back to the Chamber of Commerce to pick up our car (where we were parked). Kathy called Erin Fairbanks (chiropodist and foot specialist) so many times and tried her best to squeeze Jena for an appointment. Kathy also gave us directions to Erin’s office. Kathy is very caring, sympathetic, understanding, kind and a very warm and concerned and compassionate business woman. We are very lucky to have met Kathy. She went over and beyond her duty to help Jena and that “made a difference” because she cared!!! Her spa was busy, yet she made time for Jena and took so much time from her precious busy schedule to talk to us, called Erin Fairbanks, made sure Jena was not in too much pain and even asked if my son was o.k. She gave us her professional advice and made us feel comfortable. The amazing, surprising and shocking news was Kathy did NOT charge me and when I offered to pay or tip her, Kathy said “there is no price for kindness”. I was in tears, because I have met many business women, but none like Kathy, she put her business aside to help my family member who was in pain and needed support and encouragement. My family was in a new town alone, new surroundings and very nervous. We are truly blessed to have met Kathy and wish her all the very best for her future because she is a terrific lady. Her staff was very caring and the clients were very friendly and understanding!! Thank you so much for making a difference because it takes only one person to do so!! You are passionate about your beliefs and the future!!! Good luck Kathy, thank you for a positive experience of cottage life!!!! This was my first and best cottage vacation. I've had ongoing issues with my arm and neck for approx 5 years as a result of a car accident. I've been attending physio and massage therepy on and off since that time, with no relief. I went to Bamboo for a massage last week. This is the first time in years that my arm feels "normal" again. I was so impressed by Amanda!!! I'll certainly be back and can't wait to tell my doctor about this!!
I am so glad that Amanda was able to help you. Amanda is an RMT, and boasts a Bachelor of Kinesiology. She's small, but she is super strong! We are very fortunate to have such an incredible team.
Staff was very freindly, warm and inviting. Not to mention the services were wonderful too. I enjoyed a pedicure today and most definitely will be back. Anyone who is need of some tlc should not hesitate to go.

This spa is warm and inviting. The ladies there make you feel so welcome. I had the best pedicure ever, my feet look and feel amazing. Their product line is wonderful as well. I am definitely going back soon.
One of the best spas I've ever seen and been to! The ladies are wonderful, the services were amazing and the environment was enlightening. Everyone in need of a little or a lot of tlc should go to Bamboo Spa.
