BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Incorporated in 1986 as a not for profit corporation in the Province of Ontario, a volunteer Board of Directors governs the directions, priorities and policies of the North Simcoe CFDC. Board members are representative of a broad geographic area and bring a variety of skills to the organization, including small business experience and expertise. Board meetings are held monthly, with a full review of operating matters. The Board is comprised of dedicated volunteers from the local community:

• Chris Johnston ~ Director – Midland (Manufacturing)
• Tim Dunlop ~ Director – Midland (Professional Services – Financial)

LOAN REVIEW COMMITTEE

The Objective of the Loan Review Committee is to support and strengthen small and medium businesses in our community.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meets monthly to review and evaluate loan applications. 
• Reviews the investment guidelines of the Corporation, and oversees the implementation of these guidelines.
