I called for an emergency and the man told me that they do do emergencies at 8pm at night. My main water line blew and my basement was flooding extremely fast! wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Horrible service. I had them do a simple install. First day, they just didn't show up. When I called at end of day (after staying home all day waiting), owner didn't care. Blamed it on an a broken down truck. No apology. The next day, they came on time, but made a mistake on install that led to water leaking through to my basement, causing some minor damage and inconvenience. I politely called about the mistake, and the owner, Dave, mocked me completely unprovoked. He seemed like he could care less and I never raised my voice and was courteous though a bit shaken. Plumber returned the next day to repair the issue and charged only for the one visit. His work was fine and great service too. Nice guy. Great! Still, the cost was not worth the disrespect from the manager and my wasted time. Avoid this place. In my opinion, this local tradesperson should have more respect for the people in the community that supports him.
Dave and his crew have done several jobs for us over the past few years - the last was to supply and install a new hot water tank. No matter how complicated a job is, they handle it promptly, effectively, and for a reasonable price. I do not hesitate to recommend them without reservation. If you have any kind of plumbing problem call Dave and relax.

My hot water heater stopped supplying hot water, but Jim and Dan had it fixed within a couple of hours. They were friendly, courteous and professional. Now I can get back to doing dishes, laundry...and taking a nice, hot shower! Thank you!
Thanks Dave and team, for restoring our furnace into the machine it was supposed to be, a heat source! Dave, you are the best, for your patience when you were stuck in our driveway and for bringing us and offering the use of space heaters, we didnt need them but the thought is appreciated!
